Enjoy a 4-course Christmas dinner!

The holiday season is just around the corner, and we cannot wait to celebrate it together with you. Treat yourself to our luxurious 4-course Christmas menu, carefully crafted by our chefs with an abundance of delicious choices for every course. This year, we are serving, among other things, refined tuna sashimi with crab salad, crispy shrimp, ponzu, peach and wasabi mayonnaise. You can also choose a Black Angus beef tartare with pickled vegetables, sesame crisp and miso cream with peanut, or a croque with creamy Spanish blue cheese, Jerusalem artichoke and poached pear.

For the intermediate course, you can enjoy a wild game bird broth with truffle and fine vegetables, a smooth potato velouté with leek, fresh herbs and Dutch prawns, or a flavourful wild mushroom soup with sautéed wild mushrooms and spring onion.

For the main course, we present a flavourful beef duo of tenderloin and 18-hour braised veal cheek, served with red cabbage, poached pear and gingerbread jus. Prefer fish? Then choose sea bass with grilled scallop, lobster brandade and saffron butter sauce. For vegetarian guests, we offer a dry-aged pumpkin Wellington with pumpkin cream, salsify with orange reduction and vadouvan sauce.

To finish, you can choose from a selection of cheeses with matching garnishes. Prefer something sweet? Our pastry chefs will be delighted to treat you to a surprising pastry chefs’ tasting.

In addition to our top dishes, we also have special Christmas cocktails to make your celebration even more sparkling! Our enthusiastic team is ready to give you an unforgettable Christmas evening. We welcome you at a beautifully decorated festive table and ensure an evening filled with culinary delights and Christmas magic, complete with presents.

For the little ones aged 3 to 11, we have a special 3-course children’s menu, so they can enjoy a festive Christmas too. And of course, Santa Claus will also stop by to surprise the children!

We require a full deposit for reservations. Through the payment link in the confirmation you can make the payment. The payment must be made within 24 hours after making the reservation. Without full payment the reservation is not valid.

Cancellation Policy:

• You can change and/or cancel your reservation free of charge until the 9th of December 2026
• If you change your reservation, you will receive a 20% refund of the cancelled amount until December 16th 2026
• From the 16th of December 2026 changes and cancellations will be charged at 100%
