We are looking for Banqueting Employees! Van der Valk Eindhoven-Best has 24 multifunctional meeting rooms and boardrooms. As a Banqueting Employee, you’ll be responsible for all kinds of activities related to the events taking place in our meeting rooms and boardrooms. In other words, you’re a true all-rounder who knows exactly what it takes to make both a great party and a professional meeting a success.

    First things first

    Our 24 meeting rooms and boardrooms are spread across two floors of the hotel. Thanks to multifunctional partition walls, the rooms can be made larger or smaller to suit each event. Our largest room can accommodate up to 800 guests! On the 12th floor, guests can enjoy meetings with a spectacular view.

    For you, it doesn’t matter how big the event is or on which floor it takes place. Your goal is to make sure everything is perfectly taken care of for our guests, every single day!

    What will you do?

    • You help ensure that all conferences, meetings, training sessions, dinners and other events are perfectly organised. You take care of the event from A to Z on the floor – from setting up the room to serving dinner and clearing everything away afterwards;
    • You assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner. If a guest has a question, you’re the one who knows the answer;
    • Based on the daily schedule, you make sure the meeting rooms are set up correctly;
    • You help set up and break down buffets and restock supplies when necessary;
    • You work behind the bar or in table service during events.
