First things first
The breakfast and lunch buffet has about 350 seats. There is room for everyone at our buffet: from the it-girl to the underdog, creating a mega relaxed atmosphere. Last but not least: you will work in a kitchen equipped with the latest equipment, like the Rolls Royce in the kitchen world.
What will you do?
- Under the supervision of the respective manager, you are responsible for the breakfast and lunch buffet. From freshly made banana bread, yogurt with homemade granola, juices, croissants, you name it;
- Not only do you prepare the dishes for this buffet, but you are also ready to provide our guests with a freshly baked egg or a traditional Dutch pancake;
- You have an eye for presenting our buffet in an appealing way;
- You know a lot about the products on our buffet and can inform our guests about them;
- As a kitchen prince(ss), you ensure that the breakfast buffet always looks generous and you refill the buffet as needed;
- You ensure that our room service looks tip-top;
- Additionally, you help come up with new products for our buffet;
- Naturally, cleaning and maintaining your workplace - according to HACCP guidelines - is part of your responsibilities.

- You are a morning person. Literally a happy egg;
- You love food and everything related to it;
- A good atmosphere in the kitchen is key. It's about working hard and laughing just as hard!;
- Stress is not in your vocabulary.
