First things first
The total garden area surrounding the hotel covers approximately 3 hectares. We also have a 1,200 m² rooftop garden. The design of our grounds is wonderfully diverse, ranging from woodland and open landscapes with flower meadows and walking paths to various terraces and an orchard.
Sustainability and social responsibility are highly important to us. Our hotel is fully BREEAM certified, meaning it meets the highest standards for environmentally friendly construction. As part of this, you’ll also contribute to projects such as creating insect hotels and birdhouses, helping to promote biodiversity around our hotel.
What will you do?
- Maintain and prune various plants and greenery;
- Maintain the hotel’s parking area;
- Maintain the lawns;
- Sow, plant and harvest in our garden.
What do we expect from you?
- Good knowledge of plants and trees;
- You are responsible and able to work independently as well as as part of a team;
- You are flexible and proactive;
- Relevant education and work experience are a plus;
- During the winter months, the grounds require a little less maintenance. But don’t worry – you won’t be sitting around! We’re looking for someone with a flexible attitude who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and helping out our Technical Services team during this period. This way, you can put your skills to use in a different way while keeping your work varied and challenging.
