First things first
Hotel Eindhoven-Best has 3 restaurants. This vacancy is for our à la carte restaurant, where the menu features all-time favourites alongside innovative dishes. You’ll also be working in a kitchen equipped with the latest technology and equipment, the Rolls-Royce of professional kitchens, so to speak.
What will you do?
- Under the guidance of the responsible manager, you’ll be responsible for the à la carte restaurant;
- You have an eye for beautifully presenting the dishes on the menu;
- You’ll also contribute ideas for new dishes and products to add to the menu;
- Naturally, keeping your workspace clean and tidy in accordance with HACCP guidelines is also part of your responsibilities.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience as a chef de partie / independently working chef, or you’re genuinely ready to take the next step;
- You have completed a professional culinary education;
- You work in an organised, efficient and hygienic way;
- You have strong product knowledge and know how to combine flavours into something special;
- You love food and everything that comes with it;
- You’re a team player and enjoy bringing a good atmosphere to the kitchen: work hard, laugh hard;
- You keep your cool, even when things get busy. Stress? Never heard of it.
