First things first
Hotel Eindhoven-Best is a BIG hotel – with a capital B – which means there are plenty of different departments where you can do your internship. In your motivation letter, let us know which department you would like to intern in, your preferred internship period and how many hours per week you need to complete.
What will you do?
- You can do an internship in the following departments: Kitchen, Restaurant (host/hostess), Banqueting, Front Office, Technical Services, Garden, HR and Marketing. The choice is yours!
- You’ll work in a young and ambitious team;
- Our mentors will teach you all the ins and outs of the profession;
- We believe in young talent. And hard work gets rewarded. That’s why there are opportunities to grow within the company and potentially secure a contract after your internship;
- You’ll take on tasks that match your role, your learning goals and the department you’re working in.
Which internships are we looking for and what do we expect from you?
Kitchen Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. In consultation with our scheduler, there is plenty of flexibility when it comes to working hours. There is also the possibility to work on your thesis or school assignments during your internship.
Host / Hostess Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. In consultation with our scheduler, there is plenty of flexibility when it comes to working hours. There is also the possibility to work on your thesis or school assignments. You can gain experience in three different restaurants: our à la carte restaurant, buffet restaurant or rooftop restaurant.
Izzy Sky Bar & Restaurant Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3 or 4 days a week. Here, you’ll learn how to cook and/or provide high-level table service. Good to know: our Sky Bar is open from Thursday to Sunday.
Banqueting Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week on weekdays. Shifts are from 07:00–15:30, 11:00–21:00 or 15:30–23:00. There is also the possibility to work on your thesis or school assignments during your internship.
Front Office Intern – all year round
You’ll work different shifts from 07:00–15:30, 09:30–18:00 or 14:30–23:00. You’ll work 4 or 5 days a week and your internship must last at least 4 months. There is also the possibility to dedicate one day per week to your thesis or school assignments.
Technical Services Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week on weekdays. Shifts are from 08:00–16:00. There is also the possibility to work on your thesis or school assignments during your internship.
Garden Intern – all year round
You can do your internship with us 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week on weekdays. Shifts are from 08:00–16:00. There is also the possibility to work on your thesis or school assignments during your internship.
HR / Human Resources Intern – all year round
You’ll work on weekdays from 08:30–17:00. You’ll work at least 3 days a week and your internship must last at least 5 months. There is also the possibility to dedicate one day per week to your thesis or school assignments.
Marketing Intern – from 1 February 2027
You’ll work on weekdays from 08:30–17:00. You’ll work at least 3 days a week and your internship must last at least 5 months. There is also the possibility to dedicate one day per week to your thesis or school assignments.

- You’ll be doing your internship with us for at least 2 months;
- Being able to handle a little stress definitely comes in handy;
