For this unique location, we’re looking for a host(ess) with flair. You are the first face guests see when they arrive and the last one they see when they leave with a smile. With your hospitality, attention to detail and charm, you make sure every guest feels seen and welcome.
What will you do?
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional and genuine way. First impression is key;
- Escort guests to their table and make sure they feel at home from the moment they arrive;
- Manage reservations and ensure a smooth table allocation;
- Stay in close contact with the team on the floor and in the kitchen;
- Roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed, such as straightening tables and keeping the restaurant tidy;
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the restaurant – it’s the details that make the difference;
- Always be visible, friendly and connected with our guests.
What do we expect from you?
- You are well-presented, hospitable and have a natural sense of service;
- You take responsibility for the order, cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant upon arrival;
- You are proactive and happy to help out on the floor when needed;
- You communicate fluently and professionally, both by email and phone;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
- You work in an organised way and know how to keep an overview, even during busy moments;
- You are available on Fridays and/or Saturdays. For this position, we are specifically looking for someone who is available to work every Friday and/or Saturday.
