Wellness membership terms & conditions

When visiting our wellness facilities, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules. In this way, we can jointly ensure a safe, hygienic, and relaxing environment in which every guest can fully enjoy their experience.

General rules

  • The minimum age to obtain an exclusive membership is 25 years.
  • Swimwear is mandatory in the wellness area.
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to present a valid form of identification at any time, without stating a reason.
  • If you lose your personal access tag, a replacement can be purchased through our Guest Relations department for €25.00.
  • If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the wellness facilities as well as the validity of your membership agreement.
  • In case of emergencies, you may contact the reception desk at any time.
  • CCTV surveillance is in operation throughout the building. By entering the hotel, you consent to being recorded. Footage may be used as supporting material in the event of incidents or emergencies.
  • The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • The management, owner, and employees of the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors.
  • Lost property is registered through iLost and stored for a maximum of 6 months. Items that are not collected within this period will be removed or donated.

Prohibited conduct

  • It is not permitted to allow third parties to use your membership or to bring guests without permission. If desired, you may bring one additional guest for €35.00, payable at the reception desk.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Taking photos and/or videos for social media purposes is only permitted with prior written consent from the hotel.
  • It is prohibited to remove hotel property from the building. In the event of intentional damage or destruction, the costs will be charged to the responsible party.
  • The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of nitrous oxide is not permitted. In case of reasonable suspicion of use, we reserve the right to inspect luggage.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Violations will result in a €250.00 fine, which must be paid immediately.
  • The possession of weapons or objects that may be used as weapons is prohibited.
  • In all cases not covered by these regulations, management reserves the right to make the final decision.

Behaviour & respect

  • Verbal and non-verbal behaviour that is considered disturbing, intimidating, or inappropriate will not be tolerated.
  • We expect all guests to treat fellow guests and staff with respect at all times.

Wellness (saunas, relaxation, area & swimming pool)

  • Peace and quiet are essential.
  • Showering before using the saunas and swimming pool is mandatory.
  • Wearing slippers is mandatory throughout the entire wellness area.
  • Consuming your own food and beverages is not permitted, with the exception of water bottles. The use of nicotine pouches or similar products is also prohibited.
  • Large bags are not allowed. Bags must be stored in the lockers. A sauna bag is optionally available for purchase at the reception desk.
  • The use of mobile phones, tablets, or other electronic devices is not permitted in the saunas.
  • Diving is not allowed in the swimming pool.

Gym

  • Access to the gym is only permitted when wearing clean indoor sports shoes.
  • Appropriate sportswear is mandatory. Exercising without a shirt is not allowed.
  • Equipment must be disinfected after use using the cleaning products provided.
  • Fitness equipment may only be used for its intended purpose.
  • Weights and equipment must be returned neatly after use.
  • If you have any questions regarding the use or safety of equipment, please contact a staff member.
  • Large bags are not allowed. Bags must be stored in the lockers.

Freezing your membership

  • In the event of a broken bone, you may request to freeze your membership for a maximum period of 3 months. This means your membership will be temporarily suspended for the necessary period and extended at the end of your membership term accordingly. To make use of this arrangement, a doctor’s certificate is required. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether the request will be approved.

Failure to comply with our house rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.
